- 12 Riverwood Way – Johnson – NOI – to construct a 3 bedroom single family home to be serviced by the existing infrastructure.
- 73 Chestnut Hill – 230-0289 – To consider a change in plan to install a grease trap in sewer system under Standard Order of Conditions #14.
New Hearings:
- Padalino – RDA – Padalino – 10 Phelps Rd – to construct a replacement septic system in a buffer zone.
- Weisman – SMANOI – Fairview Rd., Map 219 Lot 8 – to install a Subsurface Disposal System. The project is located in a mapped mountain region.
- Ravine Falls Trust – RDA -Trout Pond, Map 405 Lot 13 – Dam Repair. Portion of the project is within the limits of Monterey.
Enforcement & Emergency Orders:
